Refund Policy – Big City Bagels & Catering
Order Changes & Cancellations We understand plans can change. To provide the best experience, we kindly ask:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund.
Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation costs.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
Items are missing or incorrect in your order
Food arrives significantly late (60+ minutes) due to our error
Food quality does not meet our standards (e.g., spoiled or unsafe items)
Refunds will not be granted for:
Minor delivery delays due to traffic or weather
Customer errors in ordering (e.g., incorrect date/time, address, item selection)
Orders canceled less than 2 hours before scheduled delivery time.

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
